I will train during the unstaffed hours at my own risk 

I will wear appropriate gym wear at all times. Training without shoes is not permitted. 

I will not turn the TV's or music systems or bring any external music system into the gym. If i want to listen to music i will use headphones. 

I will not permit tailgating & allow anybody access to the club when i enter or leave.

I will not bring any non-members into Sunset 24/7

I will not give or lend my key-card to anyone. 

Any Equipment used must be put away after use. Leaving weights, dumbells,barbells & kettle-bells lying around is a health & safety hazard. 

Sunset 24/7 can only be used for authorized purposes. CCTv is active for your security & leaving the building. 

I hereby assume full responsibility for any & all injuries, losses & damages including death that i incur whilst attending, excising or participating in Sunset 24/7. I hereby waive all claims against Sunset 24/7 & Cyrus Kinge, Sunset 24/7 Instructors or partners of individuality or otherwise.

You Should always consult your physician or other healthcare provider before changing your diet or starting an exercise program. I understand that there is risk or injury associates with participating in any exercise programme or sports activity & I certify that I am in good physical condition & have no known disabilities or medical issues that might otherwise be detrimental to my health & Well-being.

I can confirm that I am familiar with the equipment & fire procedure in Sunset 24/7 & have had sufficient training on the equipment to be able to use it responsibly. If i wish to use equipment I am unfamiliar with or not used before, I will ask a member of staff to show me properly before using it myself. 

Toilets must be flushed after use every time. 

Any broken or damaged equipment must be reported to staff ASAP. 

I will not train whilst under the influence of drink or drugs. 

Smoking is not permitted within Sunset 24/7

Anyone who signs up online out of staffing hours must attend Sunset24/7 with a current member to gain access until you have collected your own Sunset24/7 key card.

Anyone who signs up online out of staffing hours must come into the gym no more than 5 days after online sign up to collect your Sunset24/7 key card No Exceptions.

Break any conditions & you will face a ban from the gym
